The Restaurant
Coles Restaurant is a buzzy neighbourhood spot with warm lighting, plush banquet seating sunny bar tables and a roaring log fire which all match well with the good vibe. We have a knack for scoring the best results by wanting people to enjoy good and sound cooking in an informal environment.
We take the time to find the best and freshest ingredients consistently. Our chefs devise menus that are accomplished, seasonal and thoughtful. Lunch menus are printed out every day taking into account what produce has been purchased or delivered from market that morning.
The gardens
The beautifully designed and maintained garden, with views over the town of Marlborough provides an opportunity to sit under an umbrella and enjoy a little peace and quiet while having lunch on a warm summer day.
